My initial contact was with Pami Danks. She responded to my E-Mail request 24-48 hours before competitors and provided types of cars available and pricing information that I requested. Followed up on phone and E-Mail to insure I had everything I needed. Called dealership and spoke with Bob Ucker and confirmed pricing and that vehicle would be transported from Racine Wisconsin to Janesville. Bob complete the most effective and complete review of my new VW Jetta TDI that I have ever had. The dealership experience is by far the best ever.
